We offer extremely precise abrasive shot-blasting which can be used for: steel structures, aluminum and steel rims, steel parts of vehicles and devices, sheet metals and steel profiles with the thickness of more than 1.5 mm..
We have a shot-blasting booth with the following dimensions: 4m wide x 8.5 m long and 3 m high, which gives us a possibility of work even on very large surfaces.
The shot-blasting booth is used for pneumatic cleaning of metal surfaces and structures welded with abrasive blasting method. The use of this method results in the drop of shot metal on the booth floor and by means of the floor sweeper it is placed in the discharging chute. In the next stage it is taken from the discharging chute by the bucket conveyor to the abrasive separator. It is cleaned there and separated from contaminants. The treated abrasive is put in the storage tank and then the sand blasting machine is filled with it.
