Alugrip Laser offers services in sheet metal laser cutting, metal cutting and working. With our state-of-the-art machinery, we can offer high performance and high precision of the cutting service. We work with stainless steel, standard steel and aluminum. We are open to the execution of non-standard and individual solutions. We successfully execute orders of firms from, among others, Kraków, Bielsko Biała, Żywiec, Tychy or Katowice.

Alugrip offer includes also services in sheet metal laser cutting in the technology providing huge opportunities today. We execute laser beam cutting on Bystronic machines, as well as the laser of the latest generation, Trumpf.

They are characterized by high performance and excellent precision of the execution of each element. The range of the material worked:

stainless steel – up to 15mm thick,
standard steel – up to 20mm thick,
aluminum – up to 10mm thick.

Cutting elements with laser beam in combination with the latest controlling technology enables to obtain:

very high quality and precision of the details cut – 0.1 mm,
100% of the repeatability of elements cut, the highest quality of edges without using additional working,
any designed or invented shape,
shortest order completion time.

Our machines, of which one has a table of the following dimensions 4000 mm x 2000 mm, and the other one 3000 mm x 1500 mm, enable the maximum use of materials and precise cutting of sheet metals of even 20 mm of thickness.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting is the execution of any amounts and shapes. We work stainless steel of up to 25 mm, aluminum of up to 15 mm. Laser cutting is contactless, enabling cutting from polished sheet metals without any contact with the surface.
